What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments through Shopify Payments, which supports the following methods depending on your location:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club)
- PayPal
All available payment options are displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions on Classic Bunny are processed securely through Shopify Payments or PayPal using industry-standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption.
We do not store or have access to your full credit or debit card details. Additional authentication steps, such as 3D Secure, may be applied by your card issuer when required.
Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No. At this time, we only accept online payments processed securely through Shopify Payments and PayPal.
Do I need a PayPal account to place an order?
No. Where supported, you may complete your purchase using a credit or debit card through PayPal’s secure checkout without creating a PayPal account.
Why was my payment declined?
Payments may be declined for several reasons, including:
- Incorrect card details
- Insufficient funds
- Bank security or authorization restrictions
- Temporary issues with the payment provider
If your payment is declined, we recommend trying another payment method or contacting your bank or PayPal support for further assistance.
