Return/Refund Policy

By placing an order on Classic Bunny, you agree to the terms below.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase at support@classicbunny.com.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Some items may not be eligible for return for hygiene or safety reasons unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or video evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Classic Bunny is not responsible for lost return shipments.
