Refund Policy

By placing an order on Classic Bunny, you agree to the following policy.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed promptly to ensure timely fulfillment. Requests to change order details must be submitted via email to support@classicbunny.com within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation or modification. In limited cases where cancellation is possible, a cancellation fee of USD $5 may apply to cover processing costs. Orders placed with priority or expedited shipping are not eligible for cancellation once processing has begun.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible:

  • Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Proof of damage or defect (photos or video) must be provided within 72 hours of delivery

Returned items must be shipped using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process an exchange or refund accordingly.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items — including but not limited to innerwear or personal-use products — are not eligible for return or exchange unless received damaged or defective.

Refund Processing

Refunds, if approved, are issued after the returned product has been received and inspected at our facility. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider used.

Classic Bunny is not responsible for items lost during return transit if shipped without tracking.
